From the Kitchen at Evita se Perron

Swartland Kitchen was founded in 2020 and bakes its rusks at Evita se Perron in Darling. "Perron" is Afrikaans for a railway platform: Evita se Perron is the old Darling station that Pieter-Dirk Uys turned into a theatre venue, home of Tannie Evita Bezuidenhout. Look out for her "Tannie's Choice" stamp on the pack.
