Darling Olives is a family-run business based on Alexanderfontein Estate, just 3km outside the charming village of Darling in the Western Cape. The location offers an ideal climate — cool Atlantic breezes and hot, dry summers — producing olives of exceptional quality.
Their range spans over 30 product lines, from estate-grown extra virgin olive oil and naturally infused oils (garlic, lemon, chilli, and cinnamon) to table olives, jams, chutneys, and even olive chocolate. All olives are grown and processed on-farm in their fully FSA-audited facility, guaranteeing freshness and traceability.
