Handmade on the Wedgewood Farm in KwaZulu-Natal

Wedgewood Nougat was founded in 1999 by Gilly Walters in her Merrivale, KwaZulu-Natal kitchen, inspired by the Montpellier nougat she discovered while living in France. Her family still makes it on the Wedgewood farm today, in 32 hands-on steps with roasted nuts and golden honey - no automated machines and no shortcuts. Wedgewood suggests enjoying this macadamia nougat with a crisp glass of white wine or a quiet morning coffee.
