Handmade in KwaZulu-Natal Since 1999

Wedgewood Nougat was founded in 1999 by Gilly Walters in her Merrivale, KwaZulu-Natal kitchen, inspired by the Montpellier nougat she discovered while living in France. Her family still makes it on the Wedgewood farm today, in 32 hands-on steps with roasted nuts and golden honey - no automated machines and no shortcuts. In this bar, tart ruby cranberries cut through the soft honey nougat, and gently baked almonds add a little crunch.
