Made by a Chef, for Cooks
Pieter de Jager spent more than 20 years cooking in professional kitchens and travelling to over 20 countries. In 2015 he started making his own kitchen gear in the family garage in Stellenbosch, and that garage soon became a small sewing studio turning out aprons and knife bags for his chef friends. Today Pieter and his wife Christine run PDJ Collective from a factory in Stikland, Cape Town, still making every apron with a cook's eye for what actually works at the stove and the braai.
