Tasting Notes and How to Brew It

Terbodore describes Green & Gold as smooth, structured and floral. This bag is the filter grind, about the texture of brown sugar, so it suits drip filter machines, pour-over brewers like a V60 or Chemex, an AeroPress or a moka pot. Once it is open, Terbodore recommends keeping the coffee sealed in its zip-lock bag or in an airtight container.

Two Proudly South African Names

Green & Gold launched in 2024 as a collaboration between the Springboks and Terbodore Coffee Roasters, the family roastery that started in the KZN Midlands and has roasted its own beans since 2004. Terbodore hand roasts in small batches at its Franschhoek roastery and seals each bag straight after roasting to lock in the freshness.
