Waterleliefontein is a boutique 45-hectare farm on the Van der Stell Pass near Botrivier in the Western Cape, acquired in 2012 by former attorneys Jo and Tessa Neser. Their 10-hectare olive grove produces a medium-intensity, cold-extracted extra virgin olive oil — harvested by hand and pressed within 24 hours — packaged in a distinctive Mediterranean blue tin.
