Chilli crisp (also called chilli crunch or crispy chilli oil) is an oil-based condiment full of crunchy bits. This one is made with chilli, ginger and garlic, and the label promises hints of ginger, garlic and anise.

Made in Cape Town: hand bottled and labelled in small batches.
Size: 125ml jar, 120g net.
Ingredients: vegetable oil, chilli, ginger, garlic, sugar, salt and aromatics.
