Choose Your Travel Tin

Pick your flavour from the three blends below. Each comes in a colourful illustrated tin with Ouma's portrait on the lid.

• Braai Salt (90g): a braai and cooking seasoning of natural salt mixed with farm-fresh herbs and lemon zest. Use it before, during and after cooking on meat, veggies or salad.
• Chilli Salt (90g): a smoky chilli seasoning that Funky Ouma rates 10/10 for flavour but only 5/10 for heat. Try it on avo, eggs, chicken, steak, pizza, tofu and veggies, or with a Bloody Mary.
• African Rub: labelled African BBQ Spice on the tin, this braai and cooking rub is inspired by Africa and is high in herbs and low in salt. Rub it generously over steak, chicken, chops or vegetables before cooking.

Funky Ouma's tip: add olive oil, fresh lemon juice and African BBQ Spice to your meat and let it rest for 20 minutes before cooking.
