De Rustica Olive Estate is nestled in the Oudemuragie Valley near the Swartberg Mountains in the Klein Karoo. Founded in 2006 by Rob Still, the estate produced its first extra virgin olive oils in 2012 and has since earned extraordinary international recognition.
Their single cultivar Estate Collection Coratina achieved a remarkable 97/100 at Spain's EVOOLEUM competition in 2023, crowning it the best olive oil in the world that year. The estate has also won gold at the New York International Olive Oil Competition and was recognised as the Southern Hemisphere's top producer in 2018. All oils are single-origin — grown, hand-picked, and cold-extracted on the estate.
