The full slogan reads "dis beter om vol KOFFIE te wees as vol KAK te wees", with KOFFIE and KAK printed in bold capitals for the punchline. Roughly translated, it's better to be full of coffee than full of rubbish, although the Afrikaans is a little ruder.
