One Mix, Many Makes

That promise is printed right on the box. The base recipe gives you classic cookies, and the QR code on top of the box leads to a growing bank of tried-and-tested variations, so one mix can turn into something a little different each time you bake. It is a lovely way to keep the littlies busy on a rainy afternoon, or to treat yourself to a warm cookie or two after a long day.

About Nomu

Minimakes comes from Nomu, the Cape Town food brand that self-taught caterer Tracy Foulkes started in a small Oranjezicht kitchen in December 2000. Find more of the brand in our Nomu collection, or explore our bread and baking mixes.

A Sweet Little Gift

A box of Nomu Minimakes makes a thoughtful small gift for a home baker, a family with young children or anyone who would love an afternoon of baking. Pop it into a custom gift box with other locally made treats, or pair it with more of our gourmet pantry gifts.
