Peri-Peri Chilli Oil with Portuguese Roots

Funky Ouma was started in 2012 by a mother and daughter on their farm outside Paarl, but the family's love of heat goes back much further, to a D'Oliveira grandmother from Portugal. This chilli oil is their nod to that heritage: a golden cooking and seasoning oil flavoured with peri-peri, chilli and garlic that pours straight from the tin.

• Natural peri-peri, chilli and garlic flavours, with dried chilli, smoked paprika, dried garlic and Himalayan salt
