Beyond Wellness makes its healing salts by hand on an urban farm on the banks of a spruit in Delta Park, Johannesburg, where a small team mixes and packs every batch in the farm's old egg-packing sheds. This 140g tub holds one of their three best-loved blends. Each one is built on Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate) and finished with its own essential oil aroma, so you can pick the soak that suits the moment.

• Stress - Epsom and pink Himalayan bath salts with a fresh citrus aroma, made for soaking away a long day.
• Sleep - Epsom salts with mustard powder and gentle lavender, for a warm bath just before bedtime.
• Sport - Epsom salts and Himalayan crystals with invigorating eucalyptus, for tired muscles after a run, a ride or a hard session at the gym.

How to use

Add a generous scoop to a warm bath and soak for about 20 minutes. Epsom salts are mild, but if your skin does not take to them, stop using them.
